The Ferrari California T was introduced at the Geneva Motor Show in March of 2014. Building off of the success of the Ferrari California, the California T included many of the standard features but was packaged in a newer body style powered by a smaller 3.9 litre V8 engine. It was also the first Ferrari model to use Apple Carplay functionality.
The Ferrari California T included overall performance enhancements through the use of the twin turbo-charged engine, the 7-speed dual clutch transmission, adaptive suspension, and the electronic traction control system. The engine was capable of producing 553 horsepower with a maximum of 557 foot pounds of torque to propel the California T to a top speed of 196 mph. The California T could accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in 3.6 seconds.
In 2016, Ferrari began offering a special handling package on the Ferrari California T. The handling speciale package offered a sportier handling experience at the expense of a stiffer ride.
