As General Manager of T.Rutlands, Pat Knapp has helped grow our sales team over the last three year. After graduating from McPherson College in 2013, Pat gained experience with Ferrari’s working at Motion Products, Inc. as a mechanical technician. He started in sales at T.Rutlands in 2016 and made the transition to his leadership role in 2017. “Being in parts is much different than being in the shop,” said Pat. “I learned that the process of getting our clients the right parts is much more dynamic than it seems. Being on the parts side there’s a lot more teamwork involved, and not just within our team but with other vendors and shops. We all share the common goal to get our clients cars back on the road”. Pat has built lasting relationships with vendors and clients that have helped T.Rutlands grow. He enjoys contributing to the Ferrari community and assisting the T.Rutlands sales team with their clients while working with his own clients as well. His combined experience of working on Ferraris at MPI and helping our customers get the right parts is a perfect mix for T.Rutlands. Pat also played a huge part with our big move to Wisconsin and renovations to our new warehouse. When Pat isn’t helping customers with their parts orders, he’s out on the off-road trails in his rig or hanging out with his dog, Chassy.
