Manufactured from 1998 to 2003, the Ferrari 456 M showcased many changes focused on improving aerodynamics and internal cooling. Additional enhancements included a re-designed leather interior, a fixed undercarriage spoiler, a smaller grille, and replacement of the fog light to the outside of the grille.
